Field Application Engineer - France (f/m/d)

As the Field Application Engineer, you will collaborate with account management to engage key multi-site customers and drive strategic growth by delivering technical support, identifying new business opportunities, promoting AT&S solutions, and aligning customer needs with internal capabilities.

• Lead technical discussions with existing customers to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and provide budgetary quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guide customers on design choices, stack-ups, materials, and manufacturability.
• Promote AT&S solutions to drive cross- and up-selling initiatives and support opportunity closure during late-stage development engagements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requirements, and projects within the CRM system.
• Capture market insights from customer feedback and share relevant trends with internal stakeholders to inform strategy.
• Document customer technology roadmaps and align them with AT&S capabilities through close coordination with internal teams.

• BA in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field.
• 5+ years experience in technical sales or customer-facing engineering roles, preferably in PCB or electronics manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of PCB technologies and manufacturing processes.
• Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to identify future trends and relationships
• Fluent in writtena and verbal English (French is a plus).
