Job Description

Fidelity OfficerSalary: Starting at £35,000 per annum+ PackageLocation: Covering North Yorkshire (sites include York, Scarborough, Harrogate & Ripon) The Fidelity Officer plays a vital role in championing high quality, evidence based employment support across Ingeus's national IPS / SEQF programmes. Guided by integrity, collaboration, and excellence, you will ensure services align with the 25 point IPS Fidelity Scale and the SEQF 5 stages, continually evolving to deliver meaningful outcomes for people facing complex barriers to employment.

What You'll Be Doing Fidelity & Quality Assurance

Champion both the IPS Fidelity Model and principles as well as the SEQF 5 stages of supported employment, ensuring services consistently deliver high quality, person centred support. Lead and support internal self assessments and prepare IPS and SEQF teams for external fidelity reviews and assessments.

Support & Improvement

Provide expert guidance to IPS teams on fidelity compliance and to SEQF teams on supported employment quality compliance. Support teams with interpretation of both the fidelity manual and the Supported Employment Quality Framework.

Data, Analysis & Reporting

Collate and analyse fidelity scores across all services to identify trends, areas for development, and opportunities for innovation. Collaborate with Ingeus teams and stakeholders to streamline reporting processes, integrate fidelity measures and improve how fidelity data is captured and used.

Collaboration & Influence

Work closely with Trusts, commissioners, and local IPS steering groups to ensure robust fidelity and quality practices are in place within partnership services. Provide consultation to the Director of IPS and Senior IPS Operations Leads to influence future tender opportunities and strategic service developments.

What You'll Bring
  • Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and audit within a health, social care, or employment support setting.
  • Ability to interpret complex service data and use it to drive improvement actions.
  • Experience facilitating, coordinating and liaising with external audit practitioners.
Desirable but Not Essential
  • Expertise in the IPS Model - In depth understanding of the IPS 25 point fidelity scale and fidelity manual.
  • Proven experience supporting or conducting IPS fidelity reviews (internal or external).
