Job Description
Overview

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a busy Fees Office team. This role supports the administration of student fee processes, ensuring records are maintained accurately and that office operations run efficiently. 3 month, temporary contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in administering policies and procedures related to student fee collection
  • Process and update records in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support within the Fees Office
  • Maintain organised documentation and filing systems
  • Support the team in ensuring compliance with internal procedures
  • Respond to general queries and provide administrative assistance as required
  • Contribute to the smooth running of office operations through effective coordination and organisation
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
