The Role- Long term, short term and hourly paid positions available
- Opportunities across FE colleges and post 16 settings in Cardiff and surrounding areas
- Competitive rate of pay - £28 to £40 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
- Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons aligned to curriculum standards
- Assess, track and support learner progress

- Relevant degree, vocational qualification or significant industry experience within your subject area
- Teaching qualification (PGCE/PCET, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent) desirable, though not essential for some vocational roles
- Experience teaching or training within FE, post 16 or adult learning settings
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is required
