ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for delivering GCSE English Language to a diverse group of students, ensuring they gain the skills and confidence to succeed in their exams. You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cover the full curriculum.
- Assess and support student progress, providing timely feedback.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies.
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
- Experience delivering GCSE English Language, ideally in an FE or similar setting.
- Strong subject knowledge in English Language and exam techniques.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- The ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.
- A flexible, proactive, and student focused teaching approach.
