Purpose of Role

Location: RAF Benson
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract Type: 12-month fixed-term

Job Description

Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract, delivering small works projects at RAF Benson. This role requires security clearance to be obtained prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of small works projects on site
• Ensure delivery meets agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standards
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and MOD stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety and project documentation protocols

Essential Qualifications/Skills

• Previous project management experience, preferably within FM or construction
• Strong understanding of small works/project delivery
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Experience on MOD sites is advantageous
• Must be eligible for and able to obtain security clearance prior to starting
