About the Role

This position is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth and continued success of our Meeting and Events business. This role bridges the gap between finance and operations, helping our business leaders make informed decisions while ensuring financial health and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial management of the business.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Provide regular reporting and business partnering with key stakeholders across EMEA.

About You

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial colleagues
• Experience in identifying risks and implementing controls to minimise risk
• Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across departments
• Advanced Excel skills
• Good awareness of BI / data
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
• Flexible and pragmatic
• Calm under pressure
