For our Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Berceau des Sens, we are looking for a candidate who is not only skilled and passionate about hospitality but also aligned with our leadership principles: transparency, accountability, collaboration, kindness, and experimentation.

FB Supervisor (3 months contract)

What you will do

  • You will participate in the smooth running of the service as well as in the supervision of the students.
  • You will assist the Restaurant Manager in its various daily activities.
  • You ensure the standing, control and propose corrective actions to maintain the quality of a gourmet restaurant.
  • You respect the standards and procedures.
  • You participate in the promotion of the EHL brand.

Who you are

  • You have a degree in hospitality or equivalent experience.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You have a solid experience in the service of Michelin-starred restaurants.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a good sense of initiative and organization.
  • Motivated, you are ready to invest yourself fully in your responsibilities.
  • You want to share your knowledge with our students.
  • You are creative, flexible and result-oriented.
