Fashion Retail Customer Experience Supervisor

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to join our Retail team on a 12-hour contract with weekend availability. You will support the Shop Manager, lead by example, coach the team and help deliver outstanding customer experiences across the shop through our ACE pillars.

You will be responsible for commercial standards, product presentation, stock management, and staff wellbeing, organising briefs and driving KPIs in a hands-on retail environment.
