Farming Propositions Lead - Strategy & Growth (Hybrid)

NFU Mutual is seeking a Propositions Manager for its Farming & Estates proposition on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, with 80% homeworking and 20% in Stratford-upon-Avon, and involves leading three major initiatives from concept to delivery, while shaping customer outcomes and future growth.

You will work across underwriting, claims, pricing, distribution and marketing to develop business cases, build recommendations and drive delivery of proposition change.
