Family Support Specialist - Short Breaks for Children

Rochdale Borough Council is seeking a passionate Supporting Families Key Worker to join its Short Breaks Service in Rochdale (OL16 1XU). The role focuses on enabling children and young people with additional needs and disabilities to access enjoyable activities, build independence and meaningful relationships.
