Job Description
Overview

FAMILY SOLICITOR (SENIOR LEVEL APPOINTMENT), 5+ YEARS PQE, CHESHIRE, TO C£70,000 + BONUS AND BENEFITS. Currently undergoing a period of growth, our client is looking to recruit a highly skilled Family Solicitor to strengthen the firm's standing within the regional market. JOB REF:1296

Responsibilities
  • Take on a key role in the firm, tasked with growing the Family Law team in Cheshire.
  • Handle a full lifecycle of family matters, including divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, children issues, separation agreements and civil partnerships.
  • Display technical strength and tenacity in private family law to build your skills, career and practice in the area.
  • Focus on business development, taking a confident lead in promoting and strengthening the team and firm's capabilities and reputation in the region.
  • Directorship is on offer for the right individual, with a fully supportive and collegiate environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years PQE with a proven track record in private family law.
