Job Description
Overview

The Family Solicitor (Partner) role in London offers a full time, hybrid working pattern with a salary of £120,000-£160,000 per annum. The contract is permanent.

Responsibilities
  • Lead high value family matters for high net worth individuals, including financial remedy proceedings, Schedule 1 Children Act applications, international family law, and jurisdictional disputes such as Part III claims.
  • Develop and manage your own client base while supervising complex cases within a Top100 law firm.
  • Take the lead on complex matters, supervise and develop junior lawyers, and manage key client relationships to support the growth of the department.
Qualifications
  • 10 years' PQE and significant experience in complex financial remedy and international family matters.
  • Excellent client relationship and business development skills with a proven ability to generate new instructions.
  • Knowledge of Private Law Children matters and ADR (mediation, arbitration or collaborative law) is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring experience, an established network of professional contacts within the London market, and either an existing client following or a strong business case for developing one.
