An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE to join a highly regarded and growing Family team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to work on high-quality family matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The team advises a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners and professionals, on complex and often sensitive family law issues.

The Opportunity

You will work alongside experienced family lawyers on a varied caseload, gaining exposure to high-value and complex matters while enjoying significant client contact and responsibility from the outset.

The role offers the opportunity to advise on a full range of private family law matters, including divorce and financial remedy proceedings, private children matters, cohabitation disputes, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of private family matters
• Advising clients on divorce, financial settlements and separation issues
• Handling private children matters and related disputes
• Drafting and negotiating pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Assisting on complex cases involving business assets, trusts and international elements
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working closely with colleagues across wider private client teams
• Supporting business development and networking initiatives

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE in Family Law
• Strong experience handling private family matters
• Excellent technical, drafting and communication skills
• Confident managing client relationships and providing practical advice
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing practice
