Job Description
Family Solicitor - £40,000 - £90,000 DOE + Bonus & Benefits - Flexible Hybrid Working Birmingham

An award-winning national law firm with an excellent reputation for its Family Law offering is continuing to expand and is now looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join their Birmingham office.

The firm is known for handling high-quality private family work, investing heavily in its people, and offering a genuinely flexible and supportive working environment. This opportunity would suit Family Solicitors at varying levels of experience, from recently qualified through to Senior Associate level.

You will join a well-established and collaborative Family Law team, managing a diverse caseload of privately funded family matters, including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial remedy and ancillary relief
  • Private children matters
  • Cohabitation disputes and relationship breakdown
  • Domestic abuse matters and injunctive relief (where relevant)
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Family Law
  • Comfortable managing a caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong client care skills with a commercial and empathetic approach
  • Desire to progress within a growing national firm
  • Experience of business development or supervision is advantageous but not essential
