Family Solicitor

A well-established, Legal 500 recognised regional firm is looking to bring in a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to establish and grow their Private Family offering in Worcester.

This is a genuinely unique opportunity to join at an early stage of expansion, giving you the autonomy to shape a new office while being backed by an established and well-regarded wider team.

The firm has a strong reputation for delivering clear, practical advice and maintaining long-term client relationships, with continued investment into growth, systems and people.

The role offers a full privately funded caseload, including:

• Divorce
• Financial remedy and associated financial matters
• Nuptial Agreements
• Private children matters
• Domestic abuse matters
• General private family work

You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion, acting as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring a consistent, high standard of service. There is a strong level of autonomy in this role, alongside support from the wider firm as the office continues to grow.

About you:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX)
• Around 3 years PQE or above in private family law
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Comfortable working in a standalone capacity
• Commercially aware and interested in contributing to growth
