About the Role

A new opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor with NQ-4 PQE to join a highly regarded and specialist family law team in Swansea. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload while being supported by experienced senior solicitors within a structured and well established team. The work is varied and engaging, with exposure to both straightforward and complex matters.

The role will involve:

• Handling a varied caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial remedies, and private children work.
• Advising clients on sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism.
• Managing client relationships and providing clear, practical advice.
• Drafting legal documents and preparing cases for negotiation or court proceedings where required.
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the team.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with NQ-4 PQE in family law.
• Have strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own caseload.
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
• Show initiative and a proactive approach to developing your career.
• Be keen to work within a specialist team known for its quality and reputation.
