Due to natural expansion, our client is seeking to recruit a Family Law Solicitor from 3 years PQE. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team located close to Aylesbury. The role offers a salary in excess of £55,000, pension, bonus scheme, possible hybrid working options, CPD support, parking facilities, and annual salary reviews.

Family Law Solicitor - Position Overview:Manage your own varied private family law caseload, working with clients from initial instruction through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities of the Family Law Solicitor:- Handle cases involving divorce, financial disputes, and children matters
- Advise on separation agreements and nuptial agreements
- Manage care proceedings and domestic abuse cases
- Prepare for and represent clients at hearings and court
- Maintain high standards of risk management and compliance
- Contribute to the team through collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Promote the firm's values and local reputation
- Qualified UK Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE with experience in Family law.
- Strong track record across a broad range of family matters
- Confident in advocacy and court appearances
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong IT and case management system skills
- Proactive, detail-focused, and approachable
- Salary of £55,000 + and open to discussion
