About the Role

A new opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor (Associate) with 2-5 years' PQE to join a highly regarded and expanding team, with the flexibility to be based from Bath and surrounding areas. This is an excellent chance to take ownership of a quality caseload, work closely with experienced senior lawyers, and play a key role in developing client relationships across the region.

The role will involve:

• Managing a varied private family caseload including divorce, financial remedy, private children matters and cohabitation disputes
• Advising clients with sensitivity and confidence throughout emotionally challenging situations
• Drafting and negotiating settlement proposals, consent orders and supporting documentation
• Supporting wider team development through referrals, networking and relationship building
• Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team with strong processes in place

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Family Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE
• Have solid experience handling a broad range of family matters with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate excellent client care skills and strong communication
• Be proactive, organised and commercially minded
• Enjoy contributing to team growth and building long-term client connections
