A new opportunity has arisen for a Junior Family Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE to join a well-established team in Swindon. This role offers a brilliant platform for someone looking to strengthen their technical ability, develop confidence in client management, and progress within a supportive family department handling high quality work.
The role will involve:
Handling a broad family caseload including divorce, financial matters and private children disputes
Managing client relationships and providing practical, solution-focused advice
Drafting key documents such as court forms, statements, consent orders and correspondence
Working closely with senior solicitors for guidance, supervision and development
Supporting business development activity, building internal referrals and community presence
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be a qualified Family Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE
Have experience working on private family matters with a strong grounding in process and procedure
Be a confident communicator with excellent client care skills
Have a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in developing your career in family law
Enjoy working as part of a collaborative and supportive environment
Competitive salary up to £55,000 depending on experience
