The Role

Our client is seeking a Family Solicitor with at least three years' post qualification experience to join their Bridgwater office, specialising in public family law. • Prepare and conduct advocacy in family courts, including case preparation, evidence gathering and drafting court documents.
  • Provide empathetic, client focused advice through complex and sensitive legal processes.
  • Manage your own caseload with increasing autonomy, with support from senior practitioners as needed.

Our client's family team handles a broad range of family law matters, offering tailored advice across relationship breakdowns, children's issues and financial arrangements. They combine legal expertise with compassionate support, helping clients navigate stressful and emotional situations while seeking the best feasible outcomes.

About You
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with minimum 3 years' post qualification experience in family law, with exposure to public law or care proceedings.
  • Confident conducting casework with a good level of independence.
  • Strong litigation and advocacy skills, with experience in family court settings.
  • Empathetic communicator with excellent client care and organisational skills.
Why Join Our Client?

Our client values its people and fosters a collaborative, supportive working environment where quality legal work and career development are prioritised. Their family team is recognised for its depth of expertise and client centred approach, handling both straightforward and highly complex matters effectively. pardoes.co.uk
