This is an exceptional opportunity for an established partner or senior solicitor with 10+ years PQE to take a leading role in a highly respected team, with the support of a firm that truly invests in its people and infrastructure.
The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in high-net-worth family matters and a portable client following, alongside the strategic mindset to drive further growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Advise HNW and UHNW clients on a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation, and private children issues.
- Manage your own caseload of complex, often high-value or international family matters.
- Maintain and grow your existing client base, with the support of the firm's excellent marketing and business development resources.
- Mentor junior solicitors and contribute to the overall strategic development of the family department.
- Work collaboratively across departments, especially private client, real estate, and corporate teams, to provide a seamless service to clients.
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience in family law.
- Partner-level experience or ready to step up from a Senior Associate role.
- A portable following of clients/referrers is essential.
- Proven ability to handle complex financial remedy cases, including those involving business assets, trusts, and cross-border issues.
- A strong personal brand and excellent reputation in the market.
