Family Law Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well established law firm in Blackburn for a Family Law Solicitor to join their growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2 6 years PQE to develop their career within a supportive, forward thinking firm that offers high quality work, genuine progression opportunities, and an excellent work life balance.

Location: Blackburn Hybrid Working

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)

PQE: 3 6 years (MUST)

• Manage a varied caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
• Advise clients on divorce, separation, financial remedy proceedings, and cohabitation disputes.
• Handle children matters, including child arrangement orders, parental responsibility disputes, and specific issue applications.
• Draft legal documentation including court applications, consent orders, separation agreements, and financial settlements.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and negotiations where required.

• Qualified solicitor with 3 6 years PQE in Family Law.
• Experience handling a broad caseload of private family law matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of family law legislation and procedures.
