Family Law Solicitor

Are you an experienced Family Law Solicitor looking to join a respected private practice where client care truly comes first? A well established firm is seeking to add to its Court Team and has an immediate opening for a solicitor with a genuine passion for family law. You'll bring hands on experience appearing in the Sheriff Court across a broad range of matters, including cohabitation claims, divorce, residence and contact disputes, children's referrals (social work), adoption/permanence, and other family and child law cases.

What you'll bring:

• At least 1 year of dedicated family law experience
• Confidence and competence in Sheriff Court appearances
• A compassionate, empathetic approach to supporting clients during challenging times
