A highly regarded and friendly law firm in East Cheshire is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to provide expert legal advice on a broad range of privately funded family law matters while contributing to the firm's continued success and growth.
Job Requirements- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE in Family Law.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Family Law, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal advice.
- Strong drafting and advocacy skills with a detail oriented approach.
- Proclaim case management experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and client care skills, with a compassionate and professional approach.
- Ability to develop business relationships and engage in networking to build the firm's client base.
- Working closely with the Head of Department managing a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters.
- Handling divorce and financial remedy issues, children and injunction matters, surrogacy arrangements, cohabitee disputes and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
- Providing strategic legal advice tailored to clients' specific needs.
- Preparing detailed legal documents, correspondence, and conducting advocacy where necessary.
- Maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
- Supporting the team's business development initiatives and representing the firm in professional networking events.
