The Role

As a Family, Inclusion and Wellbeing Practitioner, you'll be the heartbeat of our inclusive support network-building strong, trusting relationships with students, families and staff to help every young person flourish.

You'll:

Provide 1:1 and small group Thrive/trauma-informed interventions
Support students' emotional regulation, resilience and engagement
Work closely with teachers, therapists and families to break down barriers to learning
Co-create safe, nurturing spaces where confidence and curiosity grow
Use SEMH tools and data to celebrate progress and shape next steps
Support transitions, attendance and personal development across the school

Who We're Looking For

This role is perfect for someone who:

Connects naturally with children and young people facing complex challenges
Is calm, reflective, and creative in the face of behaviours that communicate need
Can build positive relationships with families and professionals alike
Has experience with autism, trauma, SEMH, or specialist settings
Holds (or is willing to work toward) a Thrive Practitioner Licence or Trauma Informed Schools qualification
