As a Family Hub Link Worker, you will be at the forefront of establishing and nurturing connections within our local community. Your primary goal is to strengthen community bonds, enhance collaboration, and contribute to the overall well being of local families. You will be part of a dynamic community based team that ensures families requiring additional support are identified and helped to access early help at the earliest opportunity. Ensuring practice is underpinned by a Think Family, trauma informed approach.
What We're Looking ForYou'll be someone who:
- Has experience working directly with children, young people and families
- Is confident having honest, respectful conversations
- Has a good understanding of community dynamics and needs.
- Understands how early help and whole family working makes a difference
- Is practical, reflective and team focused
Above all, we're looking for people who are approachable, committed and genuinely care about children and their families.
