4-8 PQE Southampton Hybrid Working
Are you an ambitious Family Solicitor looking for your next career move within a highly regarded Family team?
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a 4-8 PQE Family Solicitor to join a leading Tier 1 Family department within an established Legal 500 firm in Southampton.
The firm is continuing to grow, making this an exciting time to join the team. You'll benefit from the support and mentoring of Senior Solicitors while having the autonomy to manage your own caseload and develop your career.
The Role:
You will handle a varied caseload of privately funded Family matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial and ancillary relief matters
- Private children matters
- Other private Family disputes
You will manage your own files while working closely with experienced senior lawyers who will provide guidance, supervision and support when required.
Business development and networking are also an important part of the role, with the opportunity to develop strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the Southampton practice.
About You:
- Qualified Family Solicitor with 4-8 years' PQE
- Strong experience in privately funded Family matters
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong technical ability
- Commercially minded with an interest in business development and networking
- Ambitious and keen to develop your career within a leading team
