Job Description

The Family Associate Solicitor - Shropshire role is based in Shropshire, offering a full-time, hybrid working pattern. This position involves managing a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, and private children cases. You will join an established team, handling your own files while collaborating with partners and senior lawyers on complex matters. The salary ranges from £55,000 to £70,000 per annum.

This role requires a qualified solicitor with over five years' post-qualification experience, strong technical knowledge of family law, and the ability to work independently within a supportive team structure.

The Role Joining an established and highly regarded Family team, you'll advise clients on a broad range of privately funded family matters. You'll manage your own varied caseload while working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers on more complex matters where required. The work will include divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings, private children matters, cohabitation disputes and pre and post-nuptial agreements. You'll have the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships and become an integral part of a growing practice with an excellent reputation across the region.

The Candidate Applications are welcomed from Family Solicitors with around 5 years' PQE who are confident managing their own caseload and are looking for more than just another job.
