This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary of £50,000-£90,000, alongside a flexible hybrid working pattern (4 days from home, 1 day in a city office).The Role:

• Work closely with a team of experienced legal professionals to deliver exceptional service to a discerning client base
• Manage complex family law matters with confidence, discretion, and empathy
• Build strong, lasting client relationships while providing tailored legal solutions
• Maintain high standards in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' PQE in family law, with a strong track record of success
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Calm, professional approach when handling complex and sensitive matters
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative mindset, working effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
• Strong technical knowledge of family law
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
