With the growing demand for overhead line towers and substation structures, we're expanding our team to meet the nation's energy needs. This is your chance to work in a cutting edge manufacturing environment, where innovation meets purpose.
We've recently invested over £3 million in state of the art technology - including high definition plasma cutters, fibre laser machines, and advanced steel processing systems - and we're looking for passionate individuals ready to grow with us.

Shift Pattern:
- Shift 1: 06:00 - 14:00 (with enhanced pay between 06:00 - 08:00)
- Shift 2: 14:00 - 22:00 (with enhanced pay between 16:00 - 22:00)
- Shifts alternate weekly
Once trained, you'll earn £14.42 per hour (enhanced rate up to £16 per hour) based on a 37.5 hour week - with opportunities to grow.
What you'll be doingWe're on the lookout for motivated, hands on individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and be part of something meaningful. While previous experience in manufacturing is a bonus, it's not essential - what matters most is your willingness to get stuck in and learn.
If you've got a natural mechanical aptitude and enjoy working with machinery, you'll fit right in. We'll provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed with our advanced equipment and processes.
In this role, you'll be involved in:
- Manual handling and physical labour
- Moving and positioning steel components
- Operating cranes and other factory equipment
