Factory Operative

We are seeking a General Assembly Operative to join our manufacturing team in Killarney. This is a hands on role in a fast paced factory environment, ideal for a reliable and motivated individual. You will be required to assemble filter components, inspect products for quality, operate machinery, ensure proper packaging, and follow safety guidelines to maintain production efficiency.

• Assemble products/components following work instructions.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure production standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with packing, labelling, and dispatching of goods.

• Previous factory or assembly experience (preferred but not essential).
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

This is a 3 month rolling contract position, salary is €14.45 per hour with overtime most weeks. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 7:45am to 4:15pm and Friday 7:45am to 3:15pm.
