Shift Pattern
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Team Member to support operations at a busy accommodation site in Edinburgh. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone practical, reliable, and customer-focused who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Pattern
- 09:00 - 17:00
- 5 days out of 7
- Weekend work included
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Team Member to support operations at a busy accommodation site in Edinburgh. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone practical, reliable, and customer-focused who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Main Duties
- Carrying out general maintenance and facilities duties across the property
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the student accommodation site
- Completing room checks and reporting maintenance issues
- Assisting with basic repairs and reactive maintenance tasks
- Ensuring communal areas are clean, safe, and well maintained
- Supporting health & safety procedures across site
- Assisting with deliveries, stock movement, and site set-up where required
- Providing excellent customer service to students, visitors, and contractors
- Responding to emergencies or on-site issues when required
- Previous facilities, maintenance, or handyman experience desirable
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and proactive approach to work
- Comfortable working shifts and weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
