About The RoleDays of Working: Variable shifts dependent upon business needs - a mix of early and late shifts on a 2 week rolling rota.
Key Responsibilities- To carry out plumbing duties on site as and when required.
- To provide a technical engineering service with the minimum of supervision to the OCS FM client in respect of mechanical servicing, repairs, maintenance and installation.
- To undertake the service and maintenance of other assets/trades that were deemed competent to do so.
- To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued within settime frames so that the customer expectations are met.
- Working in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation.
- To ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards.
- Applicant must have the right to work in the UK.
- Candidates must have the relevant certifications and qualifications required to meet the requirements of this position.
- NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing.
- Previous experience working within Facilities/Maintenance.
- Ability to use electronic handheld devices.
- Experience in L8 Legionnaire compliance including testing.
