Facilities Administration Coordinator
UK & Ireland | Hybrid Working Available
Contract role, £14 per hour PAYE
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Facilities Management team. This role supports the UK & Ireland operations through effective administration of the Store Facilities & Maintenance Portal and ensures accurate tracking of expenditure and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve the Store FM Portal and Service Channel platform
- Coordinate contractor performance reviews and maintain insurance documentation
- Support capital expenditure projects and liaise with store teams and contractors
- Assist with PO generation, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Monitor cleaning operations and support insurance claims and budget recovery
- Contribute to wider Estates team initiatives and ad-hoc projects
What We're Looking For:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Experience with facilities or operations platforms is a plus
