About the role

The Facilities Officer is responsible for providing day to day operational support to ensure smooth running of office facilities at Upper Ground and assisting other Trinity teams/locations with general office services.

This role is structured as a Level 2 Facilities Services Operative Apprenticeship, leading to a Level 2 Certificate in Facilities Principles provided by the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management. Candidates must hold Grade A C GCSE level qualifications in English and Maths, and commit to completing the full apprenticeship programme (15 months) as a condition of appointment.

  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office tools and various other digital platforms

  • Comfortable building relationships and supporting stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong team worker
  • Well organised, able to prioritise and work to multiple tight deadlines
  • Shows high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work on own initiative and without close supervision from time to time
