Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a passion for service excellence, team leadership, and operational performance?
We're looking for a dynamic Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of integrated FM services across a diverse and fast-paced estate. Managing both hard and soft services, you'll play a key role in ensuring a safe, compliant, and customer-focused environment while building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing- Leading and developing facilities teams to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Managing the delivery of hard and soft FM services in line with contractual requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, statutory obligations, COSHH, and company policies.
- Monitoring KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Managing budgets, labour resources, workforce planning, and operational costs.
- Overseeing contractors and suppliers to ensure high standards of performance and value.
- Building strong client relationships and acting as the key point of contact for facilities services.
- Supporting maintenance programmes, asset management, and sustainability initiatives.
- Experience in a Facilities Manager or senior FM leadership role.
- Strong understanding of integrated facilities management, including hard and soft services.
- Proven experience managing contractors, suppliers, and operational performance.
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety, compliance, and risk management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and resources.
- IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM, or equivalent qualification desirable.
- Full UK driving licence.
