Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a passion for service excellence, team leadership, and operational performance?

We're looking for a dynamic Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of integrated FM services across a diverse and fast-paced estate. Managing both hard and soft services, you'll play a key role in ensuring a safe, compliant, and customer-focused environment while building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading and developing facilities teams to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Managing the delivery of hard and soft FM services in line with contractual requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, statutory obligations, COSHH, and company policies.
  • Monitoring KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • Managing budgets, labour resources, workforce planning, and operational costs.
  • Overseeing contractors and suppliers to ensure high standards of performance and value.
  • Building strong client relationships and acting as the key point of contact for facilities services.
  • Supporting maintenance programmes, asset management, and sustainability initiatives.
About You
  • Experience in a Facilities Manager or senior FM leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of integrated facilities management, including hard and soft services.
  • Proven experience managing contractors, suppliers, and operational performance.
  • Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety, compliance, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and resources.
  • IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM, or equivalent qualification desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence.
