Facilities Manager (Facilities Support Manager)
Location: Wiltshire (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Travel: Monthly visits to Oakhanger and Colerne
Contract: Until March 2027 | 37 hours per week | In Scope IR35

This is a *Wiltshire/Hybrid* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisation working on *supporting the delivery of facilities services across multiple sites*
Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to support the delivery of facilities services across multiple sites. You'll help manage buildings, workplaces, and suppliers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with wider organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of facilities and estate management activities
- Coordinate hard & soft FM services and manage suppliers
- Monitor site works and track progress
- Maintain Health & Safety compliance and documentation
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and site partners
Requirements
- Facilities Management experience (hard & soft services)
- Good Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH desirable)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work on-site regularly and respond to urgent issues
Desirable
- NEBOSH qualification
- Experience in multi-site or regulated environments
- Knowledge of planning or compliance frameworks

- Must be within commuting distance and flexible for site needs
- Umbrella engagement limited to approved providers
