Facilities Manager Assistant - Lead Hard/Soft Services

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Facilities Manager to provide end-to-end facility management for client sites. You will oversee hard and soft services, manage subcontractors and consultants, and drive energy efficiency while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will report to the OCS Facilities Manager and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, statutory obligations, and contract KPIs. The role requires leadership across regional initiatives and effective budget management.
