Facilities Management Assistant - Flexible Working & Safety

Coastline Housing in Cornwall is seeking a Facilities Management Assistant to join our Property Investment and Compliance team. You will be an ambassador for Coastline, working with customers to help them feel safe in their homes and support the Facilities Contract Manager to ensure safety and regulatory compliance through weekly inspections of communal areas.

The role requires experience in social housing, repairs reporting, a customer-facing approach, and strong IT skills (Excel and Word).
