The role
As a Facilities Management Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure both hard and soft facilities management activities run efficiently and effectively. You'll work closely with internal teams, contractors and site stakeholders, helping to keep facilities safe, compliant and well organised.
Day-to-day, you will be:
- Liaising with facilities stakeholders, customers, contractors and visitors to support day to day operations.
- Coordinating meetings, taking minutes and managing internal and external communications.
- Processing and raising purchase orders in line with procurement policies and maintaining associated records.
- Managing stock levels and coordinating ordering with site delivery teams to ensure availability of supplies.
- Monitoring facilities management tasks logged on electronic systems, ensuring actions are assigned, progressed and documented correctly.
This is a full time, onsite role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.
Essential experience of the Facilities Management Administrator:
- Strong administrative skills with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Confidence working with spreadsheets, records and electronic management systems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
Qualifications for the Facilities Management Administrator:
Relevant business or administration qualifications are desirable but not essential.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
