Facilities Maintenance Lead - Hard Services (Onsite)

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the Hard Facilities Management (Estates) team and oversee the delivery of the maintenance plan across NHS Lothian buildings.

Based at St John's Hospital, the role requires five days on site with no hybrid option, and travel to other NHS Lothian sites as needed. The post supports statutory, mandatory and operational obligations and performance of the in-house MiCAD system.
