Facilities Executive - Public Sector

Permanent role Full-time onsite in Dublin 2 €52,000+ per annum

A leading national organisation is seeking an experienced Facilities Executive to join its Dublin-based team, supporting a diverse portfolio of offices and facilities across Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a facilities professional with strong contract management, health & safety, and stakeholder management experience to take ownership of a multi-site portfolio in a highly professional and collaborative environment.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Facilities Management contract management
  • Proven experience managing multi-site facilities operations
  • Proven experience managing outsourced Catering and Hospitality services
  • Level 8 Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
  • Level 6 Health & Safety qualification
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Strong experience managing contractors, service providers and operational budgets
  • Knowledge of procurement and tender processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
  • Experience within a public sector, corporate or multi tenanted environment
  • Knowledge of lease management and property operations
  • AutoCAD experience
  • Sustainability and environmental management exposure
