A dedicated Facilities Management Services Division specialises in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance solutions for public sector clients across Northern Ireland. With an in-house team committed to excellence, the company prides itself on high safety standards, effective client communication, and efficient project delivery.
About you- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in facilities or contract administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient with client portals and work management software
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Holds at least 5 GCSEs A-C, including Maths and English
- Manage and coordinate works orders received via the Education Authority portal "Manhattan"
- Upload and allocate tasks within the "Mobile Work Manager" system
- Oversee invoices and maintain accurate accounts
- Track, report, and ensure KPI targets are met
- Generate reports on work progress and performance
- Liaise effectively with site operatives, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Keep work status updated daily and submit timely assessments to clients
- Support the Contracts Manager with various contractual and administrative duties
