Facilities Assistant

Location: Stevenage

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Temp - Perm

£9.75ph ( £20,380 Annually)

Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company. We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to join to exciting contract based in Stevenage.

Duties (not limited to):

• Minor building fabric repairs
• Minor decorating tasks
• Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, meter readings etc)
• Minor repairs
• Assisting with room set ups/ porterage
• Maintaining records

A level of clearance would be needed should you be successful due to the nature of the contract.
