Facilities & Security Caretaker - 4-Month Contract

VanRath is seeking a Facilities Assistant/Caretaker in Belfast to manage day-to-day operations including security and cleanliness. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of Entry Level Essential Skills in Adult Literacy and Numeracy and 2 years of relevant experience. The position is a 4-month contract with a remuneration of approximately £26,403 per annum, including holiday entitlement.
