Job Description
My client is a global firm seeking a Facilities & Office Manager to join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering 5-star Customer Service to all clients.
Responsibilities include:- Providing exceptional Customer Service to all clients
- Enhancing the Workplace Experience
- Consulting with clients and tailoring requests accordingly
- Managing Facilities operations
- Coordinating conference and event requests
- Building relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience in delivering 5-star client services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety standards (preferred)
