Role responsibilities:
  • Delivering project plans from inception to delivery.
  • Oversee critical path management and operational set for new store launches
  • Managing tasks and deliverables supporting senior leaders.
  • Overseeing budgets, risks and long term functional development.
  • Managing design and consultant teams collaboratively.
  • Managing teams and stakeholders to achieve KPIs.
  • Networking and drive best practice adoption across programmes.
  • Applying technical H&S expertise and promote an inclusive culture.
  • Continuously drive operational efficiency and compliance
  • Administer the retail stores and office locations critical records ensuring that the 'lights stay on' and the business has a central and accessible record to ensure continued uninterrupted operations.
  • Ensure Operations Manual, Best Practices and all Store Policies & Procedures are consistent, accurate and kept up to date
  • Ensure all stores and office are compliant with Company Operational Policies, inclusive of Health & Safety Procedures
Facilities Manager Qualifications / Skills:
