F&B Front-of-House Team Leader - Service & Coaching

The National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations at Calke Abbey café in Derbyshire. You'll guide a front-of-house team to deliver excellent service, manage displays, and support the kitchen when needed.

This is a zero-hour contract with weekend and bank holiday work. You'll run inductions and training, ensure food safety and allergens training, and look for opportunities to develop the team for memorable customer experiences.
