Full-time Nursery Teacher for a short-term placement of one term, starting in September. Start Date: ASAP. Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
About the SchoolThis is a thriving infant and nursery school serving children aged 3 to 7 years in the Hemel Hempstead area, with provision across Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. The school has a strong reputation for nurturing young learners through a caring, inclusive and child-centred approach.
The 40-place nursery is an integral part of the school community, offering a warm, stimulating and well-resourced environment where children are encouraged to develop confidence, curiosity and independence through play-based learning. Nursery provision operates separately from the main two-form structure that begins in Reception.

Full-time Nursery Teacher One-term placement (short-term)
- Planning and delivering engaging EYFS learning experiences
- Working closely with support staff to create a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Supporting children's social, emotional and academic development
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience or strong interest in Early Years / Nursery
- A nurturing, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Ability to hit the ground running and commit for the full term
- £170 - £220 per day, depending on experience
- Ongoing support from a dedicated Tradewind consultant
